Live via ritual.
Designed for the everyday, rituals are hour-long sessions of breath and movement that prime you to live your full potential.
The Via Ritual is the perfect way to start your day, reset and recharge, and improve your mental and physical strength for everything you do—in your career, athletic pursuits, personal life, and in all you undertake.
Ritual Building Blocks
Asana
to prepare the body for meditation. A series of postures designed to increase hip flexibility, allow energy to flow through the body, and sit with ease.
Breath
to prepare the mind for meditation. Calming techniques that, together with asana, allow you to find a comfortable meditative “seat” and state of mind.
Meditation
to lower stress and be present. Practiced consistently, meditation can improve focus, reduce stress, and lead to better sleep. Practice your own technique, use headphones for guidance, or join a guided session led by an instructor.
Gratitude
to strengthen resiliency and joy. Pause, reflect, and write down a word or sentence in gratitude. Shown to lead to better sleep and greater happiness.
Movement
to realize flexibility and agility. Informed by natural movement, gymnastics, tabata, and yoga techniques. Designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and agility.
Intention
to live your values and set your purpose for the day. Based on the Japanese concept of “ikigai” or “reason for being,” intention-setting instills contentment and joy.
The Via Ritual
The Via Ritual is a one-hour flow comprised of everything you need to be primed for success. The ritual begins by preparing for meditation with asana and breathwork in the Still Studio. With the body and mind ready, a meditation session follows. Afterwards, guests pause for gratitude journaling, then enter the Strength Studio for a movement class, followed by intention-setting to get the most out of the day.
